The atmosphere in IT is extremely positive, and everyone there is great. Various activities and a healthy work-life balance. It is a large, respectful company, and you can tell when you are part of their team.

Cons

Due to their emphasis on insurance, they are unable to offer salaries that are competitive with those of other IT firms.
