Good work life balance and clear effort to ensure staff wellbeing - however pay not very competitive and no progression

Pros

Flexible working hours, nice people and clear understanding of importance of work/ life balance. Decent social side. Nice summer party . Also, every Friday in August is a half day which is great.

Cons

Poor pay - I had a pay increase of £400 per annum in total whilst there. Much lower than market. Slight Italian bias, as one may expect.
