Pros
Strong and trusted brand. Excellent group life & health and engineering products. A lot of good people in sales and also in the back office.
Cons
Very rigid and burocratic organisation stuck in a solid status-quo. Unfortunately "kissing up and kicking down" is a common approach of the managers which is inducing a climate of fear, blocking innovations and opportunities to change.
