Pros

A new project, 180 years old Fortune 500 company on a mission as a newly founded startup gathering the best global team to success, starting from scratch to change the consumer behaviours adapting to the new media. A company that persuaded and showed us that corporate life can still be fun and that fun can be the main source of productivity.

Cons

In the first months it seems like a dream working environment but if you are a senior employee you start to realize the illusion of happiness and carrots thrown around everywhere. They are looking for entrepreneur mind people but this place is not a startup and can not be.

Pros

An amazing work environment and ethics, great colleagues. Annual bonus based on a (quite) fair assessment of performance. Not your typical "9-5", as managers and HR very flexible should you need a half-day or couple of hours off.

Cons

Fast paced changing deadlines, sometimes unjustified pressure from top management. Sometimes the horizontal structure won't allow a carrier growth.
