Pros

Diversity No other pros. They show a lot but when you start working you feel stuck. Please dont work there.

Cons

Never work for IT department. They dont provide training and expect you to work on different projects. There is no supervisory direction. Everyone will delicate work on your shoulders as much as possible. HR wont help if you let them know because all department directors they just support eachother. High employee turnover ss employees leave. They hire and fire quickly depending on number of projects. Blaim game culture. Too much of diplomacy and unclear directions. Management is disaster. Please save yourself and dont work.
