The mixture of a strategic and an operational role The mixture of an Italian founded&owned company with a German management. Colleagues were very stresfull and undervalued. Most of the employees did their own job, but nothing else. Low empathy and support. Very instant business meetings abroad. The feeling of an SSC Low salaries Low budgets The habit of "always seek for savings" to cut your own costs (!!!) Very crowded atmoshpere and office (However it may have changed in the past years) Home office was acceptable only when it was very neccessary. The food was bad very often. Lack of hygiene.
