Pros

Outstanding Benefit. Great camaraderie among colleagues. Laid back atmosphere

Cons

No increases, zero room for growth or even lateral mobility. As a result salary is not competitive with similar positions in other companies. There is extremely poor communication between management and employees. Employees are always given conflicting instructions on how to manage tasks. Executives make decisions that will hugely impact employees without notifying them until last minute. Your job responsibilities/accounts can change every few months and management has no long term vision which is evident with the constant changes. Extremely disorganized company. While the friendly people and environment can be inviting, the future is not promising.

Pros

Great diverse work environment. Great team and supportive leadership. Great place to learn and grow in the travel world. Competitive pay and benefits

Cons

It's a fast-paced work environment, and it could be very stressful. Demanding schedule, but somewhat flexible.
