Pros

The associates are friendly and social. It's the only way to survive.

Cons

Terrible favoritism with management, years of preferential treatment observed. But if they push too far, even the favorites get thrown under the bus by their own leaders. Pay raises are garbage, don't even meet cost of living. Leadership promoted by location hundreds of miles away from their team, even though the whole team is required to be in office for 'collaboration'. Hundred of hours and week after week of mandatory overtime. You're getting hired for a 50 hour work week at best. Ethics? What ethics?

Pros

Good perks, flexible work hours, not the general multi company feeling

Cons

A bit dry, tasks not well defined for a position
