If you do not have what it takes to work in a fast pace changing environment and if you are not ready to put up with learning and changing, just stay away. As far as pay is concerned you can get up to an extra $250 a month in a bonus. But pay raise are only your Merritt increase. So forget it if you can’t perform every month at their expected level regardless of all the pressure you can go through at time. There is no real clear path for growth. The training makes you feel good in knowing what kind of company you going to work in but after that you are pretty much on your own. You sometimes do not know how you are performing unless you perform bad.
