      Very routine and complex outdated work environment. Turned to be like old governmental institutes. Leaders in company are worried about their seats more than the achievements.

      lack of organization and vision. limited resources to spend on customer education. The very large number of headcount makes it very hard for promoting employees and to give them enough continuous training
