      Great global company. High % of contract "contingent workers" per employee.

      Pros

      Great international Fortune 500 company. Better than average share of fair and well-meaning management. A top-tier pharmaceutical and consumer brand endeavor that is lean on funding, but not stingy.

      Cons

      If it stands still, it gets outsourced. So prevalent is the outsourcing that large meetings between business and IT can be made with real business-impacting decisions committed and only afterward that one notices that no actual employees were involved. Teleconferences involving four or five counties, time zones and accents are so common that you cease to realize that you are picking-up slang from the other side of the planet.

      it is a Convienient location close to major highways i have nice co-workers Credit union isexcellent you get discounts on consumer products

      Cons

      Complete lack of recognition of work or dedication from employees Still parts of "good old boy" network left at top can be long hours depending on project

      Pros

      Ethical company, thorough training with great product to represent. Having a great manager and team to work with makes a great difference!

      Cons

      Only real negatives were the things you cannot control. Lack of access to doctors made doing your job difficult.
