      company full of very bright people with the passion to help others do more, feel better and live longer. Vibrant place to work with great benefits

      company is hurting financially. many patent expirations and no products near FDA approval. touch times lie ahead

      Pros

      Knowledgeable co-workers, professional attitudes, wide variety of training provided, and earnest effort to provide tools needed to carry out work.

      Cons

      Two tier staff system with excellent benefits for GSK staff but no benefits, no security, no advancement for contract staff - very clear 2nd class status for contractors particularly total lack of parking. Lower level managers often poorly trained.

      Great place. Good compensationa nd benefits. Best training I ever had for sales.

      Cons

      You are just a number. Bad economic time you will be cut. You do two ride alongs with your boss a month; which is fine. But if your numbers for the week are bad then he will be on your butt aboout it. Micromanaging. Business doesnt always have to be threw the roof.
