      Big company, many cultures in different departments

      Pros

      Overall, the company is going in a positive direction under the leadership of CEO Andrew Witty, a young CEO with international experience. The benefits are amazing and under the right departmental leadership, your voice can be heard. I had several managers and the best ones inspired me to stretch beyond my initial goals.

      Cons

      It's a really big company so bureaucracy can seem at times a bit daunting. That said, there are a few initiatives that are looking to reduce the number of approvals needed. Promotions can seem arbitrary at time. The people who work at GSK have been there a long time so while they are very familiar with how things are done, change can be slow.

      Good learning environment,No compromose on ehtics,oppotunity to perform and also opportunity to grow in this company,believe on long term customer relationship on the basis of ethical promotion,accept the mistakes and take action to improve in future,Involve all employee in most of decision making process,good use of IT ,invest in the research to launch new products to improve the patient life and invove in the many social and welfare activities to improve the quality of humun being.

      Cons

      Dominent controlling leadership style, little work on pipline talent hunt, understand the needs of employee other than learning like improve their salaries and personel life.Family work balence,medical facility to parents of employee,free their emploee from the family financial burden or issues.

      Nice environment, work life balance, good compensation if you joined at good range, senior management (VP or above) strives to keep employees motivated

      Cons

      Not much growth, uncertainty at times, need to be visible at wider level to grow
