      Pros

      Good training development and flex/stretch opportunities. Clear plan to support key talent should you impress the right stakeholders. Overall benefits package is good and very good work life balance.

      Cons

      Pay element of benefits lower than industry average. Global opportunities not as easy to access as I expected or was led to believe. Going through major change which can lead to slow decision making.

      EXCELLENT benefits and perks, very flexible, female and male leaders who seem to "get it," feel close to leadership, complaints and roadblocks to doing job get escalated and you feel heard.

      Cons

      Tough business in general, MANY changes that happen VERY frequently, if you do not like change, you will not survive nor would you like working here.
