Managers ķept a positive attitude towards employees. Company uses several tools to keep personnel motivated. Training was an important part of their policies. Loved working there.

Cons

It was haRd to get promoted since people stayed for long periods of time. I really don't have anything bad to say about this company.

First line management is engaged with employee needs to get the job done. Flexible hours. Friendly staff and team atmosphere.

Cons

Upper management is out of touch with needs of employees. Promotion go to who they know. Retention of employees seems to be a problem.
