      Pros

      Environment - great place to work before densification. Plenty of space for privacy Salary - met industry standards but did not take into account specialized fields and any award accumulated Benefits - better than average

      Cons

      Always looking over your shoulder Too many reorgs Always had to justify your job or be outsourced. Last time was lied to about losing my job. Too many good people gone No incentive to stay Densification equals demoralization Pay for performance lacking Advancement almost impossible unless you knew somebody. Was promised promotion but never happened even after attaining proper credentials

      Excellent free coffee. high quality stationary, colour printers, pens Good training which is easy to go on. Nice business trips
