      Pros

      There are none that I can any longer find.

      Cons

      Long hours no meaningfull pay increases and the constant cuts in full time employees to contract workers.

      Pros

      I worked with a lot of good dedicated people. Everyone cared and was willing to pitch in to produce a safe quality product.

      Cons

      Management, they expect people to do the work of 2 people and do not want to hear it's not done. Site manager outright lied to employees on at least one occasion probably more.

      Pros

      Fairly stable due to it's size. Excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      A lot of older management in the high ranks makes moving up a challenge. Quite behind the tech curve in terms of R&D and overall processes. Not the best pipeline.
