      Pros

      Great salary and benefits, people/culture is great, challenging and stimulating environment.

      Cons

      Politics are a problem and executing decisions that involve change take too long. They are also going to open space and RTP site is losing amenities which effects quality of life at work.

      Pros

      A new domain in pharmaceutical company : e-Marketing, a lot to learn in here and have opportunity to work with international branch. Independently work and many supports from my mentor. Colleagues and supervisors are nice and therefore a good atmosphere.

      Cons

      Many mandatory works monthly. Do not have chance to work with other teams. Need patience to finish daily works
