      Generous pay and benefits. Supports developmental experiences for employees.

      Cons

      Restructuring is limiting opportunities to take on a different role or work experiences. Drive to standardize every process is stifling creativity. Open space working environment.

      Future Leaders Programme interview and first experience with the pharma industry - big disappointment

      Pros

      Nice working place, in a very good central location, secure and perfectly equipped office. Good working conditions regarding the organisation and the utilities.

      Cons

      Overwhelming interviews and tests without any kind of feedback, for infinite working hours in a "not people oriented" industry, totally corporative structure, focusing on nothing more than business and productivity. Not caring so much about you or your studies, passion for the pharma/medical field or knowledge, as long as you have any relevant work experience they prefer to teach you the rest while you don't question their non-existent ethic and you don't expect to be paid much. Don't get the chance to be creative or develop your personal skills while being kept always busy doing basic tasks they assign you to. The promoted values of the company are non existent actually. Not happy people working there.
