Pros
Benefits such as bonus, parental leave are unique. In addition, flex reward for 13th salary is nice to have. Interesting projects, very dynamic work environment. Fair remuneration considering the biotech sector (without considering the promotion issue).
Cons
-The company makes promotion process difficult, with interviews to the likes of new recruits. No automatic promotion, it may happen when position gets available. -Rixensart campus is lacking good planning. Permanent obstacles to access buildings, parking, areas due to endless construction work. -The company is in the low end when it comes to amenities and some events (for such a company). -HR is bad, a call center which is quite not there for you, which is so needed when onboarding.
