      Pros

      People is in general quite competent and kind. They are very flexible in terms of timetable and vacations. It is easy to have cosy relationship with your colleagues. Salary is good at the beginning.

      Cons

      You need much time to be promoted and salary increases quite slowly.

      Pros

      There are still some very good technical people here. Good colleague atmosphere.

      Cons

      New hirings definitely mixed bag. Shift has changed from valuing employees to distrusting them. Economic situation is used to justify low salaries despite company's good performance. Management thinks it's cleverer than their employees and is not honest with them.

      Pros

      The people are great and you have the possibility to learn a lot from the collegues. It's a great place to start if you are planning to continue in the same field (changing company). The best thing is ambiance even if it has been deteriorating in these last years.

      Cons

      The salary is low, you have to feeling to be a number and not a person. Depending on the boss it can be hell. It's not the right place if you do not want to work a lot, sometimes it can be hard and very stressful
