      Pros

      Great people and culture. Opportunities to grow and progress especially with the new 3D people first initiative that gives you 3 ways to progress your career in GFT.

      Cons

      System integration is too slow, this reflects on productivity and effectiveness as well as people's patience and mood. Pension and maternity are a red point as well.

      Working on banking projects, it was a good opportunity to improve my technical skills.

      Cons

      A lot of bureaucracy and relocations in base of the client. Just to make a concrete example: in 5 years I must relocate 5 times and work in 6 different cities of the country.
