      Pros

      As a big company the company provides a lot of trainings, especially for the newcomers. Lot of projects for big clients.

      Cons

      Company it's too big and cannot manage itself. Everything is very bureaucratic and slow. They provide poor computers for you to work. Work in a Virtual Machine without internet. Bad culture for technical people. They just care about the hours and how they are going to bill the client

      still there are some nice people at company good company for junior roles (only!) ok benefits (luxmed, sport bemefit, sodexo)

      Cons

      bad managment, who doesn't care about people it is dump outsourcing - client rules your work life nobody cares for your problems all good/experienced people (from whom you could learn) quit already
