Pros

- Professional working instructions and data storage. - Working tools (SPC, FMEA, 7 QC tools, 8D...) are applied methodically. - ERP system is professional and easy to understand, easy to use. - QA/ QC and process engineering roles are very strong (100% inspection, fully record, strong quality management system, engineers can decide every single parameter to improve product yield in QA control) - Perfect working environment for fresh men.

Cons

- Staff benefit is rarely developed from the factory establishment. - Because the working system is so good that a fresh man can work almost fluently with process after few months, the MAN factor is underestimated.
