      -old internal systems -too many documentations -super duper strict security where you can't even download the dependencies with your IDE.

      Good Work life balance and good health insurance.

      Cons

      No north america strategy for growth. Lay offs occur without seemingly clear direction where they are cutting costs but no strategy for growth. Products and services cannot compete in north america market. They donot invest in people and focus is numbers.
