      Lots of creative people. Being challenger in almost all business area forces to do extraordinary solutions.

      Cons

      Even Fujitsu and Siemens are both huge, FSC is small.

      Pros

      IT Managed Services are a good thing to understand. Learning how other companies run their IT is also a good thing to understand. Fujitsu provides the opportunities to do learn these things. Some roles provide good career progression, others provide good experience to learn from.

      Cons

      Organisation churn - no understanding of organisational design. A lot of favouritism and jobs for the boys in the middle management ranks.
