Big company with a little bit more job security/stability.

Cons

Constant deadlines with never enough resources. Motivation through shame. Management sets deadline based on wishful thinking and optimistic scenarios. Micromanaging with a great deal of paperwork. Lack of trust in engineer's abilities.

Pros

Technically challenging and fast paced environment to work. For a company of this size, this is actually pretty rare. There is definitely ample room to grow your technical skills, especially if your coming straight out of school. Performance reviews for the most part are results-oriented and individually driven.

Cons

Management at FNC is generally technically competent, but the same cannot be said about their managerial skillset. There is also constant pressure for deadlines and work life balance does not exist.
