      Decent firm | not for ppl who aspire to grow in their career

      Pros

      1] flexible timings sometimes otherwise guys will make you work in any time..including nights 2]They pay you good.

      Cons

      1] horrible management 2] no good projects ( rather no projects only) 3] very bad canteen and office in Pune is far from main city 4] If you goes on bench..they may throw you out anytime ( i have seen many ppl getting performance improvement plans) 5] taking vacation also needs so many approvals and lot of zigzig from managers 6]Very very high attrition rate tells you the story

      Pros

      A lot of talented people still here. Enjoyable to work with. Interesting technology.

      Cons

      Dedicated effort by upper management to out-source and off-shore everything. Brutal s/w delivery schedules. Layoffs routine. No effort to recruit/hire new/young people. No one knows where anything is headed. Most people are looking for the exits.

      Good atmosphere and coworkers, but bad management.

      Cons

      Most employee has great potential and capability, but it's hard to have a good opportunity to be trained. All valuable engineering works are handled by outsourcing companies.
