Flexibility in work. Work Life Balance is on the higher side. Lots of extra curricular activities. No strict time boundation. Beautiful Campus. Good Infrastructure. Work from home.

Cons

Severe lack of Projects. Poor upper management lacking any vision. No transparency in terms of appraisals leading to high attrition rate. Very few quality projects. Most of the projects involve mundane support work. Comparatively less number of leaves. Pathetic canteen food. Fewer onsite opportunities. Rampant politics and boot licking.
