Company internal politics

Pros

Company is good for internal politics. No one is working here, very relax life and famous for no work. Even escalations will come then manager will nominate him/her for the award due to the internal politics.

Cons

Managers are very worst and doing politics. Mostly Hyderabad location is worst and famous for short tempered mangers. Managers are not coming to the office and taking 2-3 times Wfh in a week and trying to follow there false decisions. Due to this Work culture becomes very bad and managers are very unprofessional and rudely behaving.
