Pros

I had lovely coworkers and I liked my team lead.

Cons

Disorganized, was hired in January then told we were going remote in March (if I wanted a remote call center job, I would've gotten one elsewhere). Strict attendance policy. Staff "promotions" were given too soon and leaders/mentors were not actually prepared for their positions.
