Great work environment, helpful co-workers and managers and a quality over quantity mentality when it comes to assessing the calls you take. Feedback for your work is provided regularly, so you always know how you're doing. Occasional special events, like pizza-day or company parties.

Cons

Small wage with very little overtime for most of the year. Mixed work schedule that changes from week to week means you have to be flexible with your sleep/work pattern.

I love working here for the work at home campaigns! The work at home is perfect for me and my daughter. We love it!

Helping people, staying home, the pay is decent, and the people i work with are amazing! Hope to be here for a long time!

Cons

Some of the customer issues are too much. But, you let it let it go in one ear out the other.
