      Pros

      Work from home, flexible schedule, paid time off, all equipment supplied by company. Easy to work your way up and frequent raises.

      Cons

      Communication sometimes limited, must have a completely silent work environment so outside noises can cause a lot of stress.

      Working from home is cool. Best perk.

      Sitel is a horrible company to work for, I was there 9 months with the Toys R Us department, the Toys R Us calls weren't bad and neither was working from home, but the work environment totally SUCKED. They didn't allow their employees bathroom breaks, it's against their corporate policy to allow work at home bathroom breaks. I had to sneak when I went to the bathroom. If you as for a bathroom break they take it from one of your allocated 15 min breaks. This company will not offer you no type of health insurance neither. This company will pay you virtually nothing; it is nothing substantial to live on. Management refuses to allow co-workers to speak to one another and if you do you risk being fired immediately. They want everyone to FOLLOW the SCRIPT EXACTLY. It's not worth it.
