Very easy job if you have basic customer service skills, good pay for college students, they work well with school schedule.

Cons

Extremely boring, rules are not always strictly enforced, but occasionally they will catch you on ridiculous things to give you a write-up.

Pros

Fun environment, deep coaching staff insures you get plenty of feedback. Training is extensive (6 weeks for USAA.) If you listen to your coaches and take their advice you will succeed.

Cons

Management is complex and convoluted, lack of consistency in what management says. I was fired because of something on my record after 2 months, despite telling them about it day one, as well as being a top performer.

easy to do. training is paid and very simple. the people you work with are nice and you develop great relationships.

Cons

the shift options are terrible. they are very strict because it is a work at home position. usually don't have weekends or holidays off
