Everything pay ,management,culture and bounus structure is changed to benefit them

Pros

The onsite people were great! Local management went out of their way to work with you on transportation and scheduling. Paid training for each project, including up-training.

Cons

Lower than average starting pay. Most call centers in the area start pay at at least 1-2 dollars higher per hour. Pay cap. The most you could earn as a regular rep was only $1.50 per hour higher than the starting pay, regardless of performance or time on the job.

Best IT team and colleagues that I have ever worked with. Their knowledge and skills combined with their determination to deliver the best IT product to customers is only enhanced by the strong leadership qualities of the IT manager.
