Some very nice people to work with. Good individual account management and hard workers.

Cons

-Salary below market rate. -No tea, coffee or even drinking water! There was a very high turnover of staff due to HR management in Barcelona. -Letting people go to only rehire them a number of weeks later - Poor HR management skills in terms of Car- Llamas technique.

sitel is the worst company i haver see, it's look like to work with a sturtup company, problem with payment every months, payslips always different, and you have to figth, for every rigth you supposed to have. Good only for sesonal job
