Our MAX (My Associate Experience) program allows our associates‘ voices to be heard, through our annual survey, to share ideas on how we can improve. We launched a “You said we did” campaign in 2023, to address the issues raised by our associates and work to create a good work environment for our associates. Based on our core values: belonging, well-being, purpose and growth, and the feedback from the MAX Annual survey, we are taking concrete actions to make Foundever a better place.
