I have had difficulty receiving my correct pay and bonuses since moving to the SimpliSafe Program which is currently one of the programs contracted for support thru Sitel Group . I have sent several internal and external communications, requested assistance from the SimpliSafe Program Account Manager, requested assistance from my Team Leader, and requested assistance from People Services (HR). My requests have been ignored repeatedly. I have been requesting assistance to resolve my pay issues for several months. I have had to file a claim with the Industrial Commission of Arizona, a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Department of Labor, and a complaint with the Sitel Group Ethics Hotline. I am still waiting for resolution from my claims. However, I am certain that my pay and bonuses issues would not have ever have been addressed by SimpliSafe or Sitel Group without having filed claims and complaints with the organizations above.

Pros

Pay is ok, work is easy enough for the most part when its something you're trained for.

Cons

Tech chat support is the dumping ground for every other department and management is cool with it. Massive program regarding billion dollar sports streaming service was given to the technical chat with 0 training or tool access and this has not changed in 2 years Draconian adherence to government mandated sick time availability. 3 days in this line of work is what you get. Write ups for not seeing a schedule change that happened through the middle of the night and no notification sent out Focus on profits is to high and focus on improving experience for customer and agent are not in their field of view

Pros

Good side income Work from Home If you are not looking for a fulltime job but have no part-time opportunities this would fulfill that goal. As you are given a 40hr/wk schedule but would end up with 18/hr due to Mandatory time off given everyday

Cons

No Work-life balance No growth No ethics Full time hours is not certain unorganized management unprofessional management HR is absent
