Paid time off for all employees. Amazon gift cards of $10, $25 or $50 for meeting or exceeding metrics.

Cons

As people quit or were let go through the years, they just heaped their duties onto other workers. This happened especially at the management level. Raises only when your state's minimum wage went up. I was let go after 12 1/2 years, without notice because they decided to no longer employ people from Washington State. It's believed that was due to the "high" minimum wage in WA State. Although they said they had an open door policy I once got chewed out for bringing something to my direct supervisor because it involved her supervisor. No clear chain of command.

supervisors are untrained, constant tech issues, micromanage every second not in the 'proper' phone status, third merger was disastrous (when it became Foundever, everything became a headache! before that, I was REALLY enjoying the job!)

We appreciate when our associates take the time to let us know what is working and where they would like to see positive change. This is why we have implemented our MAX (My Associate Experience) program. It allows our associates voices to be heard and allows them to share their experiences and idea's on how we can make our company the best place to work which includes training managers. -No prior experience needed -Full Benefits 3 months in (Health, Dental, Vision, etc.) -Comfortable Indoor environment -Fairly easy and manageable

Cons

-Your job depends on people giving you 5 star reviews, and people not giving you low reviews, and you can't proactively prompt them to reveiw you (in case if you felt they would give you a 5 star) -It is a customer service position, so the job is inherently demeaning. It's nothing over the top, but still, you have to go out of your way to suck people's [redacted]. And if you when you do, if you get a bad review despite doing a good job, then you're at fault for not sucking hard enough. Again, nothing over the top, but man it sucks knowing your employment is based on strangers proactively going out of their way to give you a review.
