Don't do it: there are several other Call Centers in the area that won't demoralize you.
Pros
Location was convenient. Nothing else was even close to satisfactory. Depending on the campaign, you might get free t-shirts if you are a coach favorite.
Cons
ABQ Site feels like a Juvenile Hall work release program because HR does not do consistent background checks (an entire seasonal staff - 450 agents - for one campaign was hired without background checks done: criminal or otherwise). Break-ins and damage to vehicles is recurring. You are nothing to your agents or your upper management because *everyone* from Site Director to HR and down is disposable, at any time, for any reason. Inconsistency in all things,rampant favoritism, leadership appointed by nepotism and time with the company, rather than skill or merit. Apathy and ignorance at all levels. Highly unethical branch, at all levels, and on all campaigns. Supervisors with arrest records - including drug & assault charges. Just not a healthy or safe place to be, whatsoever.
