Pros

Good place to work Usually micro management is not there

Cons

Your time here highly depends on who your manager is When the upper management changes, the company quickly pivots direction. That has happened more frequently in the past few years.

Pros

1) I learned a lot about cybersecurity practices and products. 2) RnD projects are the ones where you would enjoy the most. 3) Technical Managers are very supportive and helpful. 4) HRs are employee-centric and keep transparency about every decision taken. 5) Increments and bonus payments are well above industry standard, and good work is always appreciated. 6) You can be honest with your team lead about the work assigned. Inter-team switch is also possible.

Cons

1) Learning curve is steep, and you might need to be patient to get used to the work. But it's very common in the cybersecurity domain, and I have seen that substantial training time is given to new employees.
