      Strong technology and technical vision and impressive transformation of much of the business to match (engineering, support, etc.). This is a company that five years ago knew where it wanted to be and did a very good job (in most areas) in getting there.

      Cons

      Execution and transformation of sales has stumbled. The technical vision of five years ago has also been (nearly) realized, and the company is not sure where to head next.
