      Pros

      Great and fun people to work with. it is a good place to learn technology if you are new to this technology.

      Cons

      Not quite sure, maybe salary is not as high as it supposed to be. but over all I don't see much problem.

      Pros

      I had some great times working at Websense mainly due to the co-workers. The web security product is probably the best out there.

      Cons

      Weak leadership, lack of planning so the plans are constantly changing. Meanwhile their competitors are taking away their market share, customers and more over, being acquired by larger companies.

      Good group of people. I don't know about senior management, but closer management seems to know what's going on. I think it really depends on the department you work in

      Cons

      compensation is not what it should be.
