Pros

I've had a very positive experience working here. One of the things that stands out most is the company's commitment to recognizing and rewarding high performance. Recently, I had the opportunity to attend President's Club in Hawaii, which was both an incredible experience and a reminder of how much the company values the contributions of its employees. The culture is collaborative, fast-paced, and filled with talented people who genuinely want to help each other succeed. Leadership sets ambitious goals while providing the support and resources needed to achieve them. There are strong opportunities for professional development, and hard work does not go unnoticed. What makes me most proud is being part of an organization that celebrates success, invests in its people, and creates memorable experiences that make employees feel appreciated. No company is perfect, but the positives here have far outweighed the challenges in my experience.

Cons

As with any high-performing organization, expectations are high and priorities can move quickly. Staying adaptable is important, but the fast pace also creates excellent opportunities for learning, growth, and career development.

Pros

Being invited to Presidents Club in Hawaii was a great experience and a reflection of the company's appreciation for employees who go above and beyond. The leadership team invests in celebrating success, creating a strong culture of recognition, teamwork, and achievement. Working with talented colleagues across the globe and having the opportunity to make a real impact are among the most rewarding aspects of the company.

Cons

Very few negatives to mention. If anything, I would have loved to have more time to enjoy the destination as it was limited free time and interact with colleagues from around the world.
