Good Compensation, But No Job Security

They recently conducted a massive layoff with just two days’ notice, leaving many employees in a difficult position. The sudden nature of these layoffs reflects a lack of job security and poor planning. Employees who joined with high expectations found themselves let go without warning. While the company may offer competitive compensation, the lack of stability raises serious concerns. Prospective employees should consider the risks before joining. I hope the company improves its workforce planning to provide a more secure environment for its employees.
