Great company in a critical industry with and exciting outlook and product roadmap. Great place to develop and grow your career. Plenty of opportunities to contribute and learn in a good environment with great leaders. Fast paced. I've really enjoyed my time here and highly recommend!

Cons

Some opportunites for process improvements but this is recognized and a focus area for the company.

The only thing going for this company is the DLP.

Cons

Forcepoint is a textbook example of how not to run a company. Pay is well below market, and turnover is nonstop—from frontline reps to VPs and even C-level execs. Every year brings a new “vision” that completely contradicts the last one, leaving reps scrambling to re-educate customers and regain trust. Layoffs are a regular event, not a one-off. Career growth? Nonexistent. The internal politics are thick, and leadership instability is the norm—there’s been a new head of sales every year for the past four years. The engineering org has been gutted, with top talent either laid off or jumping ship to competitors that actually pay what they’re worth. At this rate, it’s hard to see how Forcepoint survives long term. Unless you’re into chaos, instability, and chasing quotas with no support—steer clear.
