      Pros

      None. Anything that would be listed as a "pro" was taken away, leaving nothing positive to say about this company. The "overall rating" is required so I was forced to at least add "1" star, but "0" should be an option.

      Cons

      Every aspect of this company is a con. They took away sabbatical time off after reaching 5yrs, have prolong hiring freezes, took away promotions, downsized teams but promised workload wouldn't increased (this, of course, resulted in increased workload). Empty promise after empty promise delivered by HR/executive leadership. Executive leadership/HR doesn't care about concerns employees have or issues experienced and instead responds with adverse actions against employees who try to speak up.
