Pros

The company truly values engineering excellence and gives SREs the autonomy to solve problems the right way. Collaboration across teams is strong, and leadership encourages experimentation and continuous improvement. Work–life balance is healthy, and the on-call rotation is well-structured and fair. Plenty of opportunities to work with modern tooling, improve infrastructure reliability, and contribute to meaningful architectural decisions.

Cons

Honestly, I haven’t experienced any significant downsides. The culture, team dynamics, and technical challenges have all been extremely positive.
