      - 9/80 workday week is excellent. -Excellent salary and benefits. - Supportive colleagues who take mentoring and self development very serious. - Approachable Management team. - Talented colleagues with vast experience.

      It is too early to tell. However, some processes take a long time to be complete or finalised.

      Pros

      Very pleasant colleagues, high qualified engineering company. The world's largest engineering procurement and construction company with international project experience, in infrastructure, oil, gas, and chemical.

      Cons

      Not efficient in small project. And is difficult when the market situation changes, for instance in crisis. Need to be more flexible. Need to learn and improve risk management in a not stable market.
