      Pros

      Working in multi task and busy schedule help you to be a person who can work under pressure to meet deadline.

      Cons

      Layoff only with 2 weeks notice. Lots of overtime and difficult to manage work life balance when project is on peak.

      Pros

      If you have good leader, it will be a good place to work with, a lot skills to learn, most colleague are very nice. The company education system are pretty good.

      Cons

      Job security is very low, when economic is not good ，you will be expected to lay off every 2-5 years，the relationship is too heavy in the company , even the CEO try his best to change this , but since it exist so many years , change is not that easy . The performance system was not that effective.
